The Lucas County Land Bank's tools can help find new and productive uses for abandoned commercial and industrial properties. Because of the potential commitment of resources, the Land Bank does not acquire commercial and industrial properties without first identifying an end user with a viable development plan and sufficient funding.

If you are interested in exploring a commercial or industrial property that the Land Bank does NOT currently own, please fill out and return our Commercial / Industrial Application regarding the property.

If qualified, you may be asked to enter into a development agreement for the property prior to the Land Bank acquiring title. Further, depending on the property and your plans, the Land Bank may impose certain obligations, including an obligation to rehabilitate the property to safe, functional, and habitable condition. All transfers are subject to the Land Bank's Policies and Procedures.
