Public Hearings for Entering into Contract with Monclova Twp for Residential Refuse & Recycling Serv

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS FOR ENTERING INTO A CONTRACT WITH MONCLOVA TOWNSHIP TO COLLECT PROPOSED CHARGES FOR RESIDENTIAL REFUSE AND RECYCLING SERVICES


The Board of County Commissioners, acting in their capacity as Board of Directors for the Solid Waste Management District, hereby give notice that three public hearings will be conducted on a proposed contract with Monclova Township to collect charges for residential refuse and recycling services.  Monclova Township has requested a contract with the Solid Waste Management District that would include charges in accordance with Ohio Revised Code Section 343.08 for Township residents for refuse and recycling collection services. Said charges will be $8.24 per month or $98.88 per year (with $49.44 per half on real property duplicate).  The board shall hear any person who wishes to testify on the proposed contract and charges.  The dates, time, and place of each of the three hearings are as follows:


October 16, 2018 at 11am, One Government Center, 1st floor, Commissioners meeting room, Toledo, Ohio

October 23, 2018 at 11am, One Government Center, 1st floor, Commissioners meeting room, Toledo, Ohio

November 6, 2018 at 2pm, One Government Center, 1st floor, Commissioners meeting room, Toledo, Ohio
