Sealed bids will be received by the Board of County Commissioners of Lucas County, Ohio, in the Purchasing Department until 2:00 P.M., (local time), April 14, 2009, and opened immediately thereafter for #09-021P Purchase 2009 (or newer) Hybrid SUV – Lucas County for the Lucas County Engineer Road Maintenance Department, according to specifications on file in the Purchasing Department, Board of County Commissioners and available for examination during regular working hours or download the bid by going to the site;

Prior to 2:00 P.M., (local time), April 14, 2009, each bid upon submission must be stamped for the time and date and placed in our bid box. The bid box is located in the Receptionist Area, Lucas County Purchasing Department, One Government Center, Suite 480, Toledo, Ohio 43604-2247. Each bid shall contain the full name of each person submitting the bid and the name of every person or company interested in same and be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check or Cashiers Check or Money Order drawn on a Solvent Bank or Savings and Loan Association, in the sum of Five Per Cent (5%) of the Bid Total.

The right is reserved to reject any and all bids.
