Sealed bids will be received by the Board of County Commissioners, Lucas County, Ohio, at its office at One Government Center, 8th Floor, Suite 800, Toledo, Ohio 43604-2259, until 03:00 pm (local time ) on February 1, 2012, and opened immediately thereafter for Personal Process Services for the Lucas County Juvenile Court. Specifications are on file and available for distribution to bidders at Lucas County Juvenile Court, Business Office, 1801 Speilbusch Avenue, Toledo, Ohio 43604, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Each bid upon submission, must be stamped for time and date and placed in the Commissioner’ bid box. Envelopes containing the bid must state service for bid, date and time due. Each Bid shall contain the full name of each person submitting the bid and the name of every person or company interested in same and be accompanied by a bid Bond, Certified Check, Cashier’s Check or a Money Order drawn on a solvent bank or Savings and Loan Association payable to the Lucas County Board of Commissioners in the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars.
The right is reserved to reject any and all bids.
