There is a mandatory pre-bid meeting, at the SeaGate Center, 401 Jefferson Avenue, Toledo, OH 43604 at 9:00 AM (local time), June 1, 2009. Room information will be posted in the SeaGate Center the day of the meeting.
Prior to 2:00 P.M., (local time), June 11, 2009, each bid upon submission must be stamped for the time and date and placed in our bid box. The bid box is located in the Receptionist Area, Lucas County Purchasing Department, One Government Center, Suite 480, Toledo, Ohio 43604-2247. Each bid shall contain the full name of each person submitting the bid and the name of every person or company interested in same and be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check or Cashiers Check or Money Order drawn on a Solvent Bank or Savings and Loan Association, in the sum of Five Per Cent (5%) of the Bid Total.
The right is reserved to reject any and all bids.
