Prior to 2:00 P.M. (local time), October 28, 2014, each bid upon submission must be stamped for the time and date and placed in our bid box. The bid box is located in the Receptionist Area, Lucas County Purchasing Department, One Government Center, Suite 480, Toledo, Ohio 43604-2247. Each bid shall contain the full name of each person submitting the bid and the name of every person or company interested in same and must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, Certified Check, Cashiers Check or Money Order drawn on a Solvent Bank or Savings and Loan Association, in the sum of Five Per Cent (5%) per each vehicle bid.

The right is reserved to reject any and all bids.
