NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed proposals will be received by the Board of County Commissioners of Lucas County, Ohio, in the Purchasing Department until 2:00 P.M. (local time), July 14, 2015, and opened immediately thereafter for #15-009A Price Agreement for the Rental Uniforms for Various Lucas County Departments through the Lucas County Facilities Department - Lucas County according to specifications on file in the Purchasing Department, Board of County Commissioners and available for examination during regular working hours or download the proposal via the link provided below.

Prior to 2:00 P.M. (local time), July 14, 2015, each proposal upon submission must be stamped for the time and date and placed in our proposal box. The proposal box is located in the Receptionist Area, Lucas County Purchasing Department, One Government Center, Suite 480, Toledo, Ohio 43604-2247. Each proposal shall contain the full name of each person submitting the bid and the name of every person or company interested in same and must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, Certified Check, Cashiers Check or Money Order drawn on a Solvent Bank or Savings and Loan Association, in the sum of One Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($1,000.00).

The right is reserved to reject any and all bids.
