Sealed bids will be received by the Board of County Commissioners of Lucas County, Ohio, in the Purchasing Department until 2:00 P.M., (local time), August 6, 2009, and opened immediately thereafter for #09-049A Emergency Operations Plan (EOP) Revision Project – Lucas County through Lucas County Emergency Management Agency, according to specifications on file in the Purchasing Department, Board of County Commissioners and available for examination during regular working hours or download the bid via the link provided below.
Prior to 2:00 P.M., (local time), August 6, 2009, each bid upon submission must be stamped for the time and date and placed in our bid box. The bid box is located in the Receptionist Area, Lucas County Purchasing Department, One Government Center, Suite 480, Toledo, Ohio 43604-2247. Each bid shall contain the full name of each person submitting the bid and the name of every person or company interested in same and be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check or Cashiers Check or Money Order drawn on a Solvent Bank or Savings and Loan Association, in the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00).
