From time to time, the Lucas County Land Bank will contract for services that support our mission of returning vacant and abandoned properties to productive use.
To expedite the hiring of vendors, the Land Bank requests that all interested contractors fill-out and return a Contractor Pre-Qualification Form. In addition to the Form, interested contractors must provide the Land Bank with necessary insurance, worker's compensation, and tax information.
Contractor Pre-Qualification Form
Contractors with an active Pre-Qualification Form on file with the Land Bank will be notified of opportunities to bid and to participate in Request for Qualification and Request for Proposal processes in accordance with the Land Bank's Purchasing Policy
Effective June 1, 2017, a Contractor Pre-Qualification Form will expire if the Land Bank has not contracted with the vendor for any services in the past two years based on an annual review conducted in conjunction with the Land Bank's insurance audit. To become re-qualified, an interested contractor must resubmit the Contractor Pre-Qualification Form if it has expired.
Contractors who have been disqualified from Land Bank services in writing are not qualified to participate in solicitations for services, regardless of whether a Form is active with the Land Bank.
