County Administration would like to make available to all employees the Amended and Restated Lucas County Section 125 Flexible Benefits Plan effective March 1, 2008. The Plan states the rules and regulations for the Medical Reimbursement Account and Dependent Care Reimbursement Account. This Plan is intended to qualify as a cafeteria plan under the Internal Revenue Code Section 125 and it is intended to be governed by the IRS rules of Section 125.
Lucas County Employee Benefits/Wellness Department is appointed as the Administrator of the Plan and it would like to make available to all employees of Lucas County a copy of the Plan.
