The Lucas County Health Care Cost Containment Board (LCHCCCB), was formed by the Board of Lucas County Commissioners in 1984. The mission of the LCHCCCB is to provide specific recommendations to the Commissioners on strategies to help control the increasing cost of providing employee health care.
Formed in a spirit of labor-management cooperation, the membership is comprised of, but not limited to, members of the teams responsible for negotiating wages and benefits through the collective bargaining process.
