Online Benefits Enrollment Instructions

Lucas County Employee Benefits offers an online benefits enrollment system. All medical, prescription drug, dental, life, flexible spending and voluntary benefits are completed online in one system.  It is accessible from your computer, laptop, smartphone or any electronic device. Enrollments must be completed within 31 days of employee's hire date or date of the life event, or you will not be eligible for coverage until the next open enrollment period.
