24 Hour Crisis Response Team

Based in the Northwest District Police Station on Sylvania Avenue with a satellite office in the Safety Building downtown, this program provides immediate crisis intervention services to victims of domestic violence 24 hours a day.

Our advocates are called by first line responders and are available to come to the scene, hospital, or police station to assist victims as well as:

  • Provide short term crisis intervention
  • Provide follow-up referrals to other service agencies
  • Educate victims about options and resources available
  • Provide information about participation in the criminal justice system

Office Hours: 7 days per week
6:30 AM--6:30 PM
Responders on call 24 hours a day - 7 days per week
