The notice is generated automatically 45 days after an Income Withholding Notice is sent to an employer. It is sent as a reminder that the employer is legally obligated to withhold. Please double check your records to ensure that child support payments are being properly deducted and remitted. All support payments should include the 10 digit case number and either the court order number or the employee’s social security number. They should be sent to the:
