Lucas County is soliciting qualifications from underwriting firms active in the Ohio municipal market, with specific experience in bond anticipation notes, to serve as underwriter for the following upcoming debt issuances:
- $18.225 million Limited Tax Various Purpose Bond Anticipation Notes, Series 2025 (Tax-Exempt)
- $37.455 million Economic Development Nontax Revenue Notes, Series 2025 (Federally Taxable)
Interested firms must demonstrate relevant experience and capacity to serve as underwriter for these transactions. This RFQ is issued in accordance with applicable provisions of the Municipal Advisor Rule and has been distributed to more than three qualified firms. Stifel is serving as the Municipal Advisor to Lucas County.
