Autopsy on the body of Cletus Iwuagwu, a 71-year-old male, was performed on December 26, 2025 at the Lucas County Coroner’s Office in Toledo, Ohio.
The autopsy revealed findings consistent with drowning.
The cause of death is drowning.
The circumstances surrounding this death are still being investigated. There were no signs of trauma or foul play at autopsy.
