On 6/30/2025, the Lucas County Coroner’s Office performed an autopsy on the body of 26-year-old Cole Lepkowski and found the cause of death to be Gunshot Wound of the Head. The manner of death is ruled as Homicide. Cole Lepkowski was pronounced dead at Toledo Hospital on 6/29/2025 at 10:57 pm.
