From 7/15/2025 to 7/16/2025, the Lucas County Coroner’s Office performed an autopsy on the body of 39-year-old Terrell Carter Jr. and found the cause of death to be Multiple Gunshot Wounds. The manner of death is ruled as Homicide – Police involved shooting. Terrell Carter Jr. was pronounced dead at St. Vincent’s Hospital on 7/14/2025 at 10:02 pm.
