Autopsy on the body of Sy Doan, a 28-year-old, Vietnamese male, was performed on October 14, 2025 at the Lucas County Coroner’s Office.
He was pronounced deceased October 13, 2025.
The autopsy revealed multiple blunt force injuries to the chest including injuries to the heart, lungs, and ribs. Signs of asphyxiation were also present.
The cause of death is multiple blunt force injuries to the chest with compressive asphyxia.
The manner of death is accident.
