Autopsy on the body of Norman Allen, a 40-year-old black male, was performed at the Lucas County Coroner’s Office on May 28, 2025.
The autopsy revealed two gunshot wounds, one to the back and a graze wound to the left shoulder. The gunshot wound to the back caused injury to the aorta and liver.
The cause of death is a gunshot wound to the back.
The manner of death is homicide.
