The High Fidelity Wraparound Process is a collaborative, team and strength based approach to service and support planning. This process is individualized and ensures the family's voice and choice is heard. Facilitators encourage teams to remain persistent even when situations are difficult. The goal of the process is to create unique and individualized services and supports, that address the youth's underline unmet needs by utilizing their strengths. Meeting the underline unmet needs decreases behaviors and allows the family and youth to function and be involved in traditional community based services. The family's natural supports family, friends, neighbors, and other people who care about the youth and/or family are invited and encouraged to come to the table to help create and plan what help can look like.
