2026 Open Enrollment: January 12 - 28

The Board of Lucas County Commissioners is proud to continue offering a competitive and comprehensive benefits package to employees and their dependents for the 2026 plan year.

This is NOT a mandatory re-enrollment year. We encourage all employees to review their current benefit elections, but only employees who wish to make changes are required to log in. There is one exception: If you are enrolled in a medical FSA or dependent care account, you must make an election each year to continue the benefit.
