CHIP Program

The Lucas County Community Housing Impact and Preservation (CHIP) program, in partnership with the City of Maumee and the City of Oregon, provides home repairs or private rehabilitations for income eligible homeowners who reside in Lucas County (excluding the City of Toledo). 

Repairs may include plumbing, electrical, roof, furnace, ADA modifications, water heater, walk-in shower, removal of lead-based paint, and other health and safety needs.

This program is supported by funding from the Ohio Department of Development, Office of Community Development and is administered by Kleinfelder, Inc.
